A-La-Carte Energy Solutions

We offer an array of additional energy services to benefit our clients and building managers. From construction management to employee training, our mission is to help you achieve your energy efficiency and sustainability goals.

Engineering Support

Not sure where to start or what you need?  We’ll come on site for a day or more and work through issues with your facilities team.  We will optimize setpoints of your existing control sequences and help your team identify and mitigate control issues they may be facing. We can also provide continuing support post-project to ensure your systems operate as they should.

Operator Training

Education is critical in helping staff understand how to diagnose problems and develop appropriate corrections. FES offers on-site training to facility managers and building staff regarding how to identify a problem, walk through troubleshooting steps and provide guidance to help avoid “knee-jerk reactions” to system upsets, equipment failures, and hot/cold calls. This service works best in conjunction with Engineering Support by working in real time with your building, control system, and facilities team.  Understanding why a piece of equipment is operating the way it is goes a long way to mitigating service calls.

Construction Management

We can act as your construction manager for any of your energy projects. Whether you are looking to build a new energy-efficient building or you need help managing a solar array installation, we have a solution for you. The CM services we offer include:
